The basic wage for assistants in Uloba is NOK 236.49 per hour from 1 April 2026.
The rate applies to a working week of 35.5 hours. Your hourly wage increases when you have accumulated seniority.

The following hourly rates apply from 1 April 2026 to assistants with a working week of 35.5 hours:
- 3 years of seniority: 4%
- 6 years of seniority: 8%
- 9 years of seniority: 12%
- 12 years of seniority: 16%
- 15 years of seniority: 20%
- 20 years of seniority: 24%
From 1 August 2026, the evening and night supplement in Uloba is NOK 70 per hour.
As an assistant in Uloba, you receive an occupational pension in addition to your wages.
Uloba contributes 4 per cent of your wages to the pension scheme and 7 per cent of wages between 7.1 G and 12 G. You earn occupational pension from the first Norwegian krone.
G is the base amount used in the Norwegian National Insurance Scheme.
